Start ur day with 1cup of warm water + 1Tbsp on Braggs ACV (Dr Bragg explains why ACV
Morning Cereal (Vegetarian)
- 4 Tbsp Flax Meal (Fiber)
- 1 tsp Hemp Seeds (Protein)
- 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds (Fiber, Fat)
- heavy whipping cream (Fat)
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter OR walnuts (4-5) (Protein, Fat)
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Avacado ( Fat)
- Mix them & enjoy!
Morning Cereal (Non-Vegetarian)
- 2 Eggs(Protein) + Bacon (Fat)
- 1/2 Avacado (Fat)
- Sprinkle you fiber by adding chia seeds/hemp seeds on your eggs.
