Morning Cereal (Vegetarian)

  • 4 Tbsp Flax Meal (Fiber)
  • 1 tsp Hemp Seeds (Protein)
  • 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds (Fiber, Fat)
  • heavy whipping cream (Fat)
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter  OR  walnuts (4-5) (Protein, Fat)
  • Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Avacado ( Fat)
  • Mix them & enjoy!




Morning Cereal (Non-Vegetarian)

  • 2 Eggs(Protein) + Bacon (Fat)
  • 1/2 Avacado (Fat)
  • Sprinkle you fiber by adding chia seeds/hemp seeds on your eggs.
