Almond + Coconut Bread Recipe 

Ingredients

1) 5-6 Brown Eggs at room temperature (reduces eggy smell)
2) 1tsp Baking Powder (Aluminum free eg: Trader Joe's)
3) 1 1/4 cup almond flour blanched.
4) 1/4 cup coconut flour (for sweetness) 
5) 4 tbsp of salted butter
6) Glass or Ceramic Baking Pan (metal reacts with Nuts can give a greenish color)



Step1: Separate the egg whites and yolk.



Step 2: In a food processor whisk the egg white for 4-5 mins while slowly sprinkling the aluminum free baking powder (1 tsp) until peaks are seen.


Step 3: Add 4 tbsp of melted butter along with 1 1/4 cup almond flour+ 1/4 cup coconut flour and egg whites in the food processor and mix well.




Step 4:  Pour the mixture in a pan and bake for 20 mins at 375F. Let it cool and enjoy with dollop of salted butter! Yum Yum Yum !!!
